A £10 deposit per person will be applied at the time of booking.

(A further £5 will be charged on the day of your visit per child under 12 for their Santa visit)

All bookings are available on a first come, first served basis... Don't be late! ⚡️

A few things to know before you book 🎅

To keep things running smoothly (and make sure Santa’s got time for everyone), here are a few bits to bear in mind before you book your Breakfast with Santa experience:

A £10 deposit per person is needed to secure your booking, this includes infants, even little ones under 12 months.
Don’t worry...that deposit comes off your final bill on the day.
Please include everyone in your booking, including infants who might need a highchair. We want to make sure there’s space for everyone.
If you're booking for more than 8 people, our lovely Helpdesk team will need to check availability and get you sorted. You can reach them on help@chilledpubs.co.uk or via Live Chat on our website.

Our helpdesk team can be reached between 10am to 9pm, every day.

Need to cancel?
We get it — things change. Cancel more than 72 hours in advance and we’ll refund your deposit in full. Any closer to your booking time and, sadly, we can’t offer a refund.

A little extra Christmas magic 🎁

There’s a £5 charge per child for their special visit with Santa. This includes a festive gift from the big man himself, with a book, a few Christmassy surprises, and a chocolate selection box to take home.

It’s all part of making those little festive moments feel extra magical.
