The FASTEST and easiest way is to make a booking is to make the booking yourself either on The Chilled Pubs App or on one of our pub websites

 

Chilled Pubs App

The app is the best way to make a booking..... once you have the app you can to all sorts of things with it like view high resolution photos of every dish on the menu.... after all..... 'we eat first with our eyes'

The Chilled Pubs app is FREE from your IOS or Android app store

The app allows you to book a table in addition to many other benefits

We do take card details when making a booking but this is purely to confirm that you are not a robot and to deter malicious bookings.

Website

You can go to any one of our pub websites and click on 'Bookings' in the main navigation bar - followed by 'Book a table'...

We do take card details when making a booking but this is purely to confirm that you are not a robot and to deter malicious bookings.

Pre-orders

We have a list of pre-order products that you can add to your booking... You will see these products after progressing through the initial booking details pages.

Payment for any pre-order products is taken at the time of booking.

Any pre-order products purchased will be brought over to your table once your party is seated... (This excludes any balloon products, or Chilled Alpaca toys, which will be waiting for you at the table)

Assisted Booking

If you tell our helpdesk team your booking requirements, we can check availability and make a booking for you. Please note: assisted booking can take up to 12 hours, depending on the time of day.

Live Chat

Between the hours of 10am-9pm every day our live chat is available on our websites and app.

You can speak to one of our helpdesk agents and they will be more than happy to assist you in booking a table.
